Enoama LLC is an Independent Living Services program serving adults with developmental disabilities across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We are vendored through the Regional Center of the East Bay and operate exclusively in community-based settings — never in a center.
Our mission
Enoama empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Through person-centered supports, individualized skill development, and meaningful community integration, we promote dignity, choice, and full inclusion for every person we serve.
Our vision
A community in which individuals with developmental disabilities have full access to the same opportunities, resources, and experiences as anyone else — and where every person can participate fully in social, cultural, and economic life while exercising control over their own decisions.
Our philosophy
We operate under a person-centered, community-based model that fully aligns with the federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Final Rule and California Title 17 regulations. Services are delivered in integrated community settings — in your home, your neighborhood, your chosen community.
Daily activities are not scripted. They are developed in collaboration with each person, based on their goals, interests, and pace. Individuals are supported in making decisions about everything that affects their lives: activities, environment, who provides their services, and who they spend time with.

As Program Director, I’m responsible for ensuring every service Enoama provides meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centered care. That responsibility means more to me than meeting Title 17 regulations — it means making sure every person we serve is actually moving toward the life they want.
Our work is simple in principle and demanding in practice: meet each person where they are, respect what they want, and walk with them — not in front of them — toward the life they choose. Every staff member is trained, supervised, and held to that standard. Every service we deliver is held to that standard. That commitment is what Enoama LLC is built on.
