Person-centered, by design. Built around the people we serve.
Enoama LLC serves adults with developmental disabilities in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties through one-on-one Independent Living Services (ILS). We are vendored through the Regional Center of the East Bay and work in community-based settings, never in a center.
Our mission
Independence, as far as each person wants to go.
Enoama empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. Through person-centered support, individualized skill development, and meaningful community integration, we promote dignity, choice, and full inclusion for every person we serve.
Our vision is a community in which individuals with developmental disabilities have full access to the same opportunities, resources, and experiences as anyone else, and where every person can participate fully in social, cultural, and economic life while exercising control over their own decisions.
Our philosophy: services are delivered in integrated community settings, at home and in the neighborhoods you choose. Daily activities are never scripted. They are developed together, based on each person's goals, interests, and pace, and individuals are supported in making decisions about everything that affects their lives.

For families, choosing someone to support a loved one comes down to trust. You need to know that the person who walks through your door will listen, respect your loved one’s choices, understand the systems you are navigating, and treat the person you love with dignity.
That is the standard I have built my career around.
The Tri-Valley has been my home for nearly 25 years, and my life has reached across the whole Bay Area. I attended Berkeley High, graduated from Amador Valley High in Pleasanton, earned my college degrees in Hayward and Concord, and spent time living in Antioch along the way. I did not learn about these communities from a service map; I have lived, studied, and worked in them. The individuals and families we serve are my neighbors.
My career began at the bedside, providing hands-on care as a nursing assistant. That experience taught me something I still carry. The details of a care plan matter, but how a person is treated as a human being matters even more. It shaped a simple belief. Meet every person where they are, respect what they want, and walk with them, not in front of them, toward the life they choose.
That belief has guided every step since.
Healthcare operations
In healthcare facility operations, I advocated for residents’ rights alongside the state ombudsman.
Regional Center case management
As a Case Manager with the Regional Center of the East Bay, I sat at the table with families to listen to their goals, developed Individual Program Plans, and connected families to the resources and benefits they are entitled to.
Affordable housing
My work in affordable housing has taught me that getting a home is only the first step. Keeping it takes everyday skills and people who stay engaged long enough for progress to hold. I have helped residents build those skills, working alongside property managers and community partners.
Those experiences are why I founded Enoama LLC. I wanted to build an organization that pairs professional expertise with the personal commitment families deserve, where people are treated as adults with their own goals, preferences, and dreams, never as cases or diagnoses.
As Program Director, I am accountable for the quality, safety, and integrity of every service we provide. For me, that means every person we serve is heard and supported in building the life they want.
What I ask of our team is what I ask of myself:
Show up. Keep your word. Listen. And treat every client like the capable adult they are.

- Every staff member passes a background check and TB screening before working with anyone we serve.
- Staff complete orientation training in their first two weeks, with ongoing training in client rights, person-centered planning, and behavior support.
- Staff are supervised, with regular check-ins and in-person observation.
- Our staff are mandated reporters, and we report special incidents to the Regional Center as Title 17 requires.
- You can ask for a different staff member at any time.
