Enoama provides Independent Living Services (ILS) for adults with developmental disabilities across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
About RCEB
How vendoring works.
The Regional Center of the East Bay coordinates services for individuals with developmental disabilities under California's Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. RCEB is one of 21 regional centers funded by the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
Enoama is approved by RCEB to deliver services under California Title 17 regulations. Services are funded through the Regional Center on behalf of eligible individuals, so there is no out-of-pocket cost to clients receiving services through their Regional Center authorization.
We follow all RCEB requirements for service delivery, documentation, and reporting, including semi-annual progress reports, special incident reporting, and annual program evaluation.
Self-Determination Program (SDP): Enoama works with individuals enrolled in SDP who choose to direct their own services. Interested participants can contact us to discuss participation.

- Clear documentation, with ISPs delivered within 30 days of receiving the IPP.

- Regulatory compliance: we follow Title 17, the HCBS Final Rule, special incident reporting, attendance tracking, and annual program evaluation.
