Getting started
Four steps from first call to first session.
Whether you're a Regional Center service coordinator, a family member, or an adult exploring services for yourself, the path to working with Enoama is straightforward. Here's what to expect.
- 1
Reach out
A Regional Center service coordinator, family member, or the individual themselves can contact us directly. We'll set up a brief intake conversation to understand what you're looking for.
- 2
Referral & assessment
Following a Regional Center referral, we obtain the Individual Program Plan and conduct a person-centered assessment in the home and community. This typically happens within the timeframe authorized by RCEB.
- 3
Build the plan
Together with you and your team, we develop your Individual Service Plan — measurable goals tied to your IPP, the staff matching you'd like, and a sample weekly schedule that fits your life.
- 4
Services begin
Your matched support staff start with you in your home and community. We check in regularly, document your progress, and adjust as your goals evolve.
Already a Regional Center client?
Ask your case manager for a referral to Enoama.
Enoama is vendored through the Regional Center of the East Bay. Your case manager can submit a referral on your behalf. Once we receive it, we’ll reach out within a few business days to schedule an intake.
Not yet a Regional Center client? Reach out to RCEB or your local Regional Center directly to determine eligibility for services.
Or get in touch directly
Tell us a little about who’s involved and how we can help. We’ll respond within two business days.
